Oil, stain or paint?

Oil soaks into the timber and keeps its natural look, but tends to need recoating more often. Stain adds colour while still showing the grain. Paint gives the most solid colour, hiding the grain, and can be a good choice for older timber.

The right one depends on the timber, its condition and the look you want. We'll look at your deck in person and recommend what suits it, rather than selling you one product.

Whichever you choose, the finish depends on preparation. We prepare the surface first and clean up properly when we're done, so you can get back to using your deck.
