Strata and body corporate painting.
Repaints for strata complexes and body corporates across Brisbane and Logan, with written quotes your committee can review and work planned around residents.
Rated 5.0 on GoogleMade simple for your committee.
Body corporate painting has more people to keep happy than a house repaint. Committees need clear paperwork, managers need the work organised, and residents still have to come and go.
We look at the site in person and give you a detailed written quote to take to the committee. Paintmates carries full public liability insurance, and we can provide proof on request.
Tell us how the complex operates, including access, parking and any quiet hours. After-hours and weekend work is available where it helps keep disruption down.
